I’ve had a great experience with my technician, Ryne. He’s on time, communicates very well, and takes care of the seasonal pests as well as ensure that there are no other issues that we’re having. He’s very thorough and it’s much appreciated.

Kenny has always done a excellent job. He is professional, courteous and friendly! He goes above and beyond. (Remember the spider episode?) Couldn't ask for a more pleasant experience.

Daniel Webb is the ultimate Technician. My problems have been repeated solved where needed. He speaks very highly of his relationship with Terminix. I would chose this Company over and over again. Final though on a personal level. I have used private pet control, mainstream ie Orkin, and have always felt unsatisfied. During my tenure with Terrance and Daniel Webb I have received service which has heretofore been nonexistent from other providers. This is the real deal and someday I hope to see Daniel Webb promoted to regional leadership roles. In the meantime, you may want to follow him for a few days and Video his technique and use this as training... read full review
