I would like to say thank you to Magnolia Home Inspections. Mr. Dylan and Mr. Stanley were very professional and made me feel confident in purchasing an older home. They were extremely thorough in their inspection of the home built in 1970, made it easy to understand exactly what repairs were needed, and were honest in their opinions and recommendations for the needed repairs. Mr. Dylan scheduled the inspection the day I phoned and the completed inspection report was sent to me within minutes after they completed the job. They did a great job and made the experience as quick and easy as any. I would highly recommend their services to anyone.
