Al Whitte is a professional technician with J & J. Al always does an excellent job spraying inside and outside. Al provides exceptional customer service by calling or texting before the appointment to see if there is anything that needs to be addressed. Highly recommend J & J especially because of their techs like Al who is very knowledgeable about his job. He makes you feel comfortable knowing you can reach out to him if any issues arise.
Field techs are 100% customer oriented!! They are the reason I use J & J. Office and billing is a different story. I have centricon protection for my property in Pineville, LA. I have repeatedly requested that I be billed only after I receive my yearly inspection. That has not happened no matter how hard I try. Soooooooo I just had my first visit from Jand J!! And let me just say I am absolutely happy to have chose them to service me!! The clerk on the phone was very helpful!! She got a specialist to the house and she went above and beyond for me!! My exterminator was very nice and professional!! I'm thankful for this company! And I recommend them to everyone!!
