I use to like the convenience of this location since it is so close to my house, but not anymore! How are you going to charge me a office/outpatient bill for waiting 10 minutes? The billing department is also incompetent as well. I have ChampVA! They always want to charge my primary insurance but never my secondary so I’m always receiving a bill. How I know they aren’t charging ChanpVa, is because I never received a single explanation for ChampVa showing what they paid on my behalf! I shouldn’t have to do YOUR job and call ChampVa to see about getting a reimbursement. I was seen here on 7/21 and discussed billing and everything ahead of my visit. I qualify for assistance as my hours were cut at my job. Anyway, I was assured I wouldn’t receive a bill and that if I did, it would be covered 100%. Nope! I was double-billed, billed for services that I did not receive, cannot seem to get this corrected between this facility and the corporate office and now the refund credit for an overpayment from April that I was supposed to receive a check in the mail for appears to have been dissolved by incorrect billing practices, and now I have a bill for iv services that I never received due to some incompetent employee entering the wrong code,...read full review

I usually use this place bc they are the only urgent care in the area that takes my type of Medicaid. But I went there yesterday sat for 3 hours and was tested for the flu and covid and my results were negative. I went to the emergency room today w a 102 fever and tested positive.
