The dr was great. He was very professional and listened to me and helped me every way he could. The white lady at the pharmacy with blonde hair is very rude and told me 30 mins at first then told me an hour. So I left and came back and still had to wait and she just doesn’t know how to talk to customers clearly. Just plain rude

I’ve been going here for years. Well now I gotta say things because they’re lacking clinical and medical competence now. I think everyone here is nice, and my PCPs nurse is pretty good at calling and talking to me when I leave messages for them. She’s kind! My PCP however is interesting to me tho. Last Sept I was in a car accident that had my triglycerides go over the roof so I was prescribed medication to help it go down. Well, it didn’t work and instead my cholesterol went down way too low. I use to like the convenience of this location since it is so close to my house, but not anymore! How are you going to charge me a office/outpatient bill for waiting 10 minutes? The billing department is also incompetent as well. I have ChampVA! They always want to charge my primary insurance but never my secondary so I’m always receiving a bill. How I know they aren’t charging ChanpVa, is because I never received a single explanation for ChampVa showing what they paid on my behalf! I shouldn’t have to do YOUR job and call ChampVa to see about getting a reimbursement.
