Our small dog went in for her first grooming session that was overdue, and they not only did an incredible job on her cut and wash but explained my dogs anxiety about grooming and how we can help it for in the future. They really do care about what they do.

Lulu's is very professional and treats animals with respect. Pepper (our inside long haired cat) was doing well in the beginning of his haircut, but became agitated when they tried to get to his belly. They noticed his behavior change and decided it was best to stop and they didn't charge us full price. Pepper got the haircut he needed and we'll go back to Lulu's when needed ?

Highly recommend! They are the best and wouldn’t want to take my baby to anyone else. They are very professional and I truly appreciate their willingness to educate me on proper groom for a poodle. I am a first time poodle owner and had zero knowledge of how much it took to keep a poodles hair maintained. They took their time and taught me the proper way. Thank y’all!
