I've just moved to Louisiana and found Michelle on Yelp. She was fantastic! Her space is relaxing and so comfortable. I was at ease right away and felt so much better after my massage! I can't wait to go back. Also, since she knew I'd just moved here she had so many wonderful suggestions about places to go!

I saw her on Facebook, and it said she was about 1/2 mile away and that as a first-time client it would be $50. When I called, she said she had moved to a beauty parlor about 5 miles away. I went right over for a massage. When I got there she said it would be $60. I questioned why it was higher and she said her Facebook page was not up-to-date. I told her to proceed. She did not have an adequate massage table and it was extremely uncomfortable. The environment in the shop was loud and chaotic. I could not relax at all. She kept trying to put pillows under me to make me comfortable, but never got it right. The oil she used was ordinary cooking oil as far as I could tell, and it ruined the shirt I was wearing when I got dressed. It is a one-of-a-kind shirt that is 16 years old. I had to have it professionally cleaned with alkali to remove the stains. This aged the shirt so much I've put it away and may never wear it again. When it came time to pay, she told me it would be $75! I paid and left, never to return again. I disputed the charge with my credit card company and they said she stands by the charge and refused to refund my money. DO NOT trust her, she took advantage of me, an old man with cancer. Maybe this will save someone else from the nightmare that I had. I wish I'd never met her.

She is hands down one of the best masseuses in the state that actually cares about how you want your session to go- hard, soft, deep tissue or the warm rocks. She is 5 stars from start to finish & she is very welcoming & friendly-

I came in here looking to support a smaller business/spa in the area and find a place where i could have a dedicated therapist. Upon calling Michelle, I was able to make a next day appointment. Her studio is located in a Southern ladies Beauty Parlor, reminiscent of Steel Magnolias. Michelle greeted me right away and got started. She listened intently at what I needed and i have never walked out of a massage feeling as great as I did at this appointment. Michelle focused on my neck and shoulders and she alleviated my knots. We chatted the entire time and I look forward to many more visits with her. In addition to her close location, flexibility and overall great service, she accepts several forms of contactless payment which helps save a trip to the ATM or even carrying your purse.
