Joe Moore did a great job!! His communication with us throughout the whole repair was superb. We never had to wonder what he was doing or if they were gonna be able to do it and he also let us know how we could save some money if we could. I'm very happy with his service especially since I called on a Saturday evening and he got to me relatively quickly. Will definitely call RotoRooter again and asking for Joe!!
I was struggling with septic back up For quite sometime, didn't know what was causing it. Thankfully, shawn took the time on a Sunday to also struggle to figure out that the previous owner's own handy work was less than ideal. Thank God this man took the time to help me and not give up after we found it wasn't a simple clog. I will absolutely call them again, especially since every time something breaks in my house , it's on a weekend or a holiday and they were available!
