If I’ve ever had any problems with my unit all I had to do was call them and they came out even on a holiday. Their technicians are very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable.
Lance and his team were excellent and went beyond expectations with the installation of a new air conditioning system. After speaking with and getting estimates from other local companies, I am extremely grateful with my decision to move forward with Desormeaux’s. Lance and his team were so kind, courteous and respectful of our home throughout the completion of the job and also very cautious of keeping all traffic areas clean from day one to the end. Very helpful with choosing the right unit for our needs. Everyone was knowledgeable and helpful in every aspect of the project.
