My Dad was sent to the ER from a local urgent treatment center, who felt he needed a higher level of care. He was immediately placed in a room & evaluated by a physician, within minutes of arriving to the facility. By the time I made it to him, he had already had labs drawn, an IV started, and x-rays performed!
We have a large extended family in the community & have utilized the Centerpoint- Winchester ER on multiple occasions, for a variety of illnesses & injuries. They consistently provide excellent care and do so in a very timely manner. We are very thankful to have such great, efficient care, so close to home!
The team made my procedure easy and as pleasant as possible. Explained everything that would be taking place. Professional staff. Dr Shankar was great and I’m in good hands having him as my physician
Started Cardio Rehab 3 weeks ago, WOW!! Between chemo, radiation and heart attack during immunotherapy, I was weak and hadn't moved much in a year. In a wheelchair for a bit, doctors offered hospice. I tried with everything in me to get moving again, I couldn't. Finally, strong enough for my new cardiologist to offer cardio rehab as an option. I had serious doubts. I could barely walk 20 ft without feeling like I was going to collapse with oxygen on full time. The first 2 sessions put a hurting on every inch of me, besides my eyelashes. Lol.
