AC unit was working, but blowing hot air on Friday night. Called GCM at 9:35 pm expecting to get a machine. I was all ready for the message to play, when a man actually answered the phone!!! Rarely am I speechless, but I was stumbling over words to relate my problem! Brian was so nice! Showed up Saturday, fixed our issue and all was well! Great customer service!
