My son has terrible anxiety for his age and all the staff work so well with him. I've used this optometrist office for 20~ years myself and the new staff is absolutely wonderful.

My first time seeing this optometrist and this will now be my new permanent eye care center. Everyone here is so friendly and you get seen right away. Prices are also considerably lower than my previous provider.

I love Dr Costa and her staff. They are amazing and takes their time. I have terrible anxiety and the staff made me feel very comfortable and that helped me to relax and not have an anxiety attack. Brandy was amazing with helping me pick out my frames and finding me a pair that fit my face. Dr Costa gives the most thorough exam ever had. My son sees her at her Lexington, KY office and he loves her too!

On November 1, 2021 Vision thru Design and Dr. Angela Costa became the owners of the formerly Nickell & Steele Eye Center at 408 Main Street in West Liberty, Kentucky. Dr. Maria Kirkpatrick is our primary doctor at this location. The office now accepts a wider variety of insurance plans, including all Medicaid plans and most Medicare plans, as well as VSP, Eyemed, Spectera, and Davis Vision. We provide routine eye exams, contact lens fitting, prescription eyeglasses and sunglasses, medical care, glaucoma management, and more!
