I called on a Friday night to get my plumbing fixed. A different company had already come out and wanted to charge me an arm and leg and not even fix the issue I was having. Joy Lay and Sons came out Saturday morning fixed it correctly and promptly! I can say enough about the service and professionalism that this company embodies. Thank you!
I turned to Joe Lay & Sons after the first plumber Sears had sent to my Mom's house, came out, didn't follow through and never came back. These guys showed up on time, told me exactly what needed to be done, followed through with Sears Home Warranty came out and did the job in a day. I have never been more pleased with a plumbing service. These guys rocked it!
Donnie and Blake came out to check a backed up drain in our basement walk out and they are the best. The drain works like a champ now. I am very appreciative of their knowledge, ability and professionalism. Will 100% use Joe Lay and Sons again.
