Well I learned a valuable lesson today: call a drain specialist when you have a sewer line problem, not a big plumbing outfit. Hancock is going to be my first call if I’m ever unlucky enough to experience another sewer issue.
They were able to come out the same day I called (sooner than the initial promise of the next morning) and their experience showed. They were able to find an access point in the yard a couple feet down just based on sound and feel and successfully snaked the drain from the yard. The other plumber we tried had used jets and couldn’t clear the clog (and wanted to charge us 5-6k to excavate and replace pipe). These guys did it for under $500.

Hancock, was honest, fair, quick, and respectful. After calling 3-4 other companies and being told it would be atleast 3 days to even assess the issue, Hancock was out in 45 minutes, and had the issue assessed and fixed in 30 minutes. I would like to say when having drain issues, companies have the the consumer in the palm of their hands to charge whatever they want, and Hancock did not do this, and also corrected another issue that was not the reason for call. 5+ stars.

Eric and Wade were absolutely fantastic! They responded to our house right away. We had some issues five years ago when we moved in, and Eric had taken care of us back then, so we knew we could count on him again.
They snaked the sewer and had the issue resolved within the hour. Their customer service was top-notch, and their professionalism was evident in every aspect of their work.
