Been trying to get them to remove 2 spools of wire out of my yard. They left them there a year ago. Its nearly impossible to get anyone to answer the phone and once they do, you never hear back from them.

Hi! Just wanted to pop on here and tell you guys to train your drivers better on the basics of Driver's Ed. I was on 275 the other day and got ran off the road by one of your drivers while I tried to merge. Figured you might want to pass along that basic lesson to your driving team! Seems like they forgot!

They are doing work outside my house on Donaldson hwy Erlanger Ky.. this week June 18th we have a massive Heatwave my son has asthma and seizures the first knock we get they told us that they were going to shut off the electricity and we told them no that that's not okay I talked to Duke and I talked to bowling it was promised that they would do it Wednesday at 7:00 a.m... well today they shut the electricity off around 11:30 a.m. let me remind you it's already humid and hot they do not care about the family nor the kids all they care about is getting paid and getting their paychecks and working for a company that obviously doesn't care about families so now I have to...read full review
