We had our first service visit with Hype Heating and Air today, and they were absolutely exceptional! From the clear, friendly communication with the office manager to the knowledge and professionalism of our technician, Matthew, everything was top-notch. Our unit is only three years old and was installed by another company, yet we’ve had 12 service calls on it in that short time. After hearing glowing recommendations from several friends, we decided to give HYPE a try — and we are so glad we did! The difference in service and expertise was immediately noticeable. Requested service for our AC unit because it wouldn’t kick on. Within an hour we had a tech a scheduled (on a Saturday) and James quickly solved the problem. He was professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!
They arrived on time, quickly figured out the problem, and had our AC working in an hour or less. Our technician was excellent. He was friendly and caring. We will be calling them for all of our future heating & air needs! ?
