My playstation 4 suddenly started overheating and shutting down, I tried different spots to cool it but it didn't work. I'd heard about Computer Surgeons from my mom since they fixed stuff at her church.
The worker Jose was SO NICE. He knew his stuff, didn't make me feel dumb or anxious and was very professional. He asked me if it was the same spot every time, and other detailed questions. I left my precious playstation with him and he found out the problem right away. He ordered the parts and yall he said he would test my system out first with my permission to save me a trip.

Great experience getting a new SSD+clone of my old SSD! Good price, EXCELLENT service--not only in the store while I waited for the machine, but after I got home and stated reloading the few prograns that wouldn't allow themselves to be cloned: Microsoft 360 and Dragon Naturally Speaking and Norton Anti-Virus decided to rebel on me, so I had to call 3 times to get advice--but no problem, the technician was patient and gave me new ideas that finally fixed the problems. Very happy! Was so frustrated at these programs, but very grateful to have an expert's help. ?
