I had a hair emergency today. I was in need of a haircut and popped in for help. Lisa was my stylist. She knows her craft, and gave me a simple no fuss, no muss, chin length bob with light texture for more movement. This cut is the best cut I have had in almost a year. Better than the very expensive salons. She was lovely, professional, experienced, and made what was a bad hair day into a fantastic one. I came home and styled with my shark and the way it lays is what I always want and ask for. She gave it to me and I’m so thrilled. Will be bringing all my family to her from now on

Haircut was great but, signing in and waiting is a whole different story. Signed in with 90 minute wait. Left with 28 minutes left and went to store to pickup a couple things say 15 min max, showed up at GC within a couple minutes. Walk in and tell me that it's going to be 45 minutes and waited every bit of that. WTH! How can it possible go the hell up? U need help with that big time, fix it.

I can't remember the lady's name who did my hair but thank you so much I love it. She made me feel very welcome and comfortable. I had brain surgery 3 months ago and she wasn't grossed out by my scar but she thinned my hair out and gave me an amazing haircut. She was very gentle with me and my hair feels so much better. So thank you. The lady has a tattoo of a straight razor with a comb on her arm.Service: Haircut
