Mike was delightful and very knowledgeable in his field. Working with Natalie on scheduling was a breeze. With the 10 inches of snow we received, there was no way to inspect the roof on the initial visit, but had no trouble at all doing a revisit once the snow melted to do a full inspection of the roof at no extra cost! The report I received was detailed and easy to understand. Mike called me during his visit to ask if there were any concerns I had and addressed them accordingly. AA was fantastic for us. Darrin was very thorough, reasonable and available short notice to meet our tight inspection window. They also had everything we needed in-house: whole home inspection, sewer line scope, air quality, radon and termite inspections. We absolutely recommend and would use again!
Darrin Bachman with AA Home Inspection was very helpful and knowledgeable. He is fairly young, but has a wealth of knowledge and experience, and it was a valuable learning experience, walking around the house with him and listening to him share his knowledge. I would definitely recommend AA Home inspection and also Darrin. That is who I will definitely use if I ever need this service again.
