AA was fantastic for us. Darrin was very thorough, reasonable and available short notice to meet our tight inspection window. They also had everything we needed in-house: whole home inspection, sewer line scope, air quality, radon and termite inspections. We absolutely recommend and would use again!

I wish I could give more stars! The Cullens helped us in every step of the building process. Every builder we approached before talking to them all wanted some sort of plans drawn up or paid for before moving to the next step with our dream home. With the Cullens, all they wanted was to know what they could do to help!! We were very particular about the layout of our house and they made sure we got what we wanted.
When an issue arose with the land we had purchased, Bill’s tremendous experience and eye for detail helped us get a very nasty predicament turned into a minor inconvenience. Saving us tens of thousands of dollars in the process. They were patient and understanding and fought with us all the way.

Dave and crew have been cleaning our office for years. They always go above and beyond; last evening a contractor had to leave early and was unable to clean up some sawdust and other mess from a job. Once we had a house under contract, I was scrambling to find a decent inspector. I didn’t want to go with any of the recommendations from our realtor because of their kickbacks: if there’s a way they can make money from someone other than their clients, then they aren’t working exclusively for you or in your best interest. I called inspectors that weren’t recommended by my realtor and I was taken aback by how frequently they asked “who’s your realtor?”
Russ with House 2 Home was the only one who not only didn’t ask, but didn’t want to know the name of my realtor. He didn’t spend 15 minutes on the phone, wasting my time with stories about his farm or the weather like other inspectors. He was easy to talk to while keeping things professional. Where others insisted that we get the full inspection package—testing for everything all at once—he insisted that I only get a comprehensive inspection and go with more testing if I still wanted the house. Even before we made it to inspection day, his actions convinced me that he was looking out for my best interest.
When the day of the inspection came, he gave me a guide to home maintenance and spotting serious issues (printed by his trade association, InterNACHI). He invited me to join him on his walk around and through the house, picking out minor and significant symptoms of damage and explaining their likely causes and possible remedies. Russ demonstrated that he had done this hundreds of times before. He’d identify an issue on one side of the house and correctly predict that another, corollary issue would show up on the other side of the house. It felt like an interactive class—making his fee (which was slightly lower than all other inspectors I chatted with) well worth it. With Russ’s teaching, I learned enough about what to look for in a house to know when not to make an offer next time. But when I do get another house under contract, I’m calling House 2 Home again.
TL;DR House 2 Home demonstrated to me that they care about their clients’ interest and education more than referrals, kickbacks, or their company’s relationship with realtors.

This company put my Generac generator in 5 years ago. Since then, I had called them 4 times with issues / questions. Not one time did they call me back. Taking my business elsewhere.After receiving PowerBax's response below, I accept their explanation and will use them in the future. Technical issues do occur in this world.

Perfection Pest Control is the GOAT. We started working with them a few years ago when we had house ants everywhere. My husband and I thought we could handle it on our own, but we couldn't so we called Perfection on a Sunday and they immediately went into action. I got a call that day from someone asking questions and setting up an appointment. They came out and treated our home. We signed up for quarterly service and we've been on it ever since. Our technician has always been communicative and amazing. He is so nice to our kiddo, and our pets -- just a nice guy.
Recently, we got a bird in our wall. We thought it was in our HVAC. So I called them at like 6:00 pm and left a voicemail, explaining the situation. They called me back within the hour and connected me with their wildlife person. He came out the next morning, did his thing, and got the bird out.

Came in and was able to quickly get my hair cut. Price is not bad, not great but nothing is anymore. I liked the cut/style I received. Enjoyable visit, stylist makes decent conversation and is starting to remember me even with all the customers they see each day.
After leaving an honest review about a previous visit, I was personally contacted by the salon owner, Chi, who reached out with a sincere apology and invited me to return to Glamour Nails--this time booking directly with her. I truly appreciated her professionalism and willingness to make things right. For this visit, I went to the Glamour Nails 5 location and was immediately impressed. The salon was modern, spotless, and had a relaxing atmosphere. The receptionist was welcoming and seated me right away. I started with a gel pedicure, and although I didn't catch the name of the technician, she was incredibly kind and did an excellent job--attentive, detailed, and gentle. Chi then did my gel French set, and let me just say--she was absolutely amazing. I've been searching for a skilled nail tech since relocating from California, and Chi finally checked every box. She was quick, professional, kind, and incredibly talented. My nails turned out flawless--exactly the shape and style I love. It was a complete 180 from my initial experience, and I'm so glad I gave them another try. I'll definitely be returning and highly recommend booking with Chi!

Sarah did not meet my expectations. She wanted me to pay another $20 to brush my hair. She called it styling. Others had always blow dry brush my hair for the same price. It seemed like it depended on the hair dresser. Disappointing this time.
