I wish there was a ,ero star rating available. After mixing up our paperwork and taking 3 weeks to get back to us. The two men who showed up discussed exactly what was to be done to: 1. Restore hot water to bathroom sink. 2. Fix leak in basement by capping 2 copper lines. #2 was never done. The company is difficult to reach but Mr Doug Durbin was contacted. After explaining the situation, Mr Durbin became verbally abusive, accusing us of trying to basically cheat him by demanding work for non payment. Full payment was rendered at time of original work. Don't waste your time with Durbin, I asked for an estimate to install a sump pump, and they said they had better things to do and that I should look elsewhere. If youre looking for a quote, dont tell them that youre getting a competitive bid, they basically said that they wont bid things out. Not sure why they're in this business if they don't want customers!

Guy came and said "oh" when he saw the job. Oh yeah, uh, I'm gonna have to order parts and turns and rushes out the door. Said he'd be back first thing in am, even though it was noon. He then sends a text in the morning that he cant make it. Did not offer a solution. Very unprofessional to text fact that he wasnt coming after he said he would. Lacked integrity. Would not recommend. I tried to go local and support business near me, but nope- will not ever call him again.
