“I had my first experience at Waxxpot yesterday with a lovely Tech named Destiny Love, for a brow wax…which was free your first time!?? she was extremely pleasant, professional, fun and very knowledgeable, she took time to discuss with me what I wanted and also gave her professional feedback on options etc..I was truly pleased. BUT, I had a “break out” on my eye area which I think the wax maybe was strong for my skin. At first I thought my skin care products with the wax was the cause but the Tech cleaned my eye area before she started?? I definitely want to return but I’m not sure I can tolerate the wax?
