Dropped of some hiking sandles that the strap was coming off. They also found a other spot that needed patched/stiched. Explained to me the stitching would not match the shoe perfectly which I was fine with. Came back a week later and they were not ready, but they told me to come back by the end of the day and they were ready to go! Highly recommend

I took some shoes in for a pretty simple fix in November of 2025…I have been back MULTIPLE times and they are STILL not ready. They were moving next door. I’m concerned that they have been lost. I just want them back repaired or not

Just like new! They replaced the heels on my 10+ year old well loved riding boots and the boots look as good as new. Great work! Located in St Matthews Station. Highly recommend.

Dropped off my boots for a simple stich repair. Told 1 week. Came back to pick them up, no ready. Was told they would let me know. A month goes by, called, not ready. 2 months go by, called again and was told they would be finished by end of business. Went to pick them up 5 days later when I was able and still not even touched. Also charged a card fee when I asked which was better cash or card and was told either was okay, zero mention of a card fee. Extremely displeased!!! The craftsmanship had better be next level!
