The staff were very friendly and professional. I had read in one of the reviews that this place is open 24/7. I arrived on Saturday morning at 7:30 a.m., and they started loading me immediately.
About UGN Inc.
UGN is a 24-hour location with overnight parking available. People describe it as the best place ever, with nice, professional, and friendly staff. Operations are very quick, with experiences of being in and out in 35 or even under 30 minutes. While there is construction and it can be a little tight at the dock, they offer drop and hook service. Sometimes there can be longer waits, but it is generally a great experience.

Even tho they have construction going on and it’s a little tight to get in the dock, they are friendly and very quick…in and out before my 30 minute break was up…pretty darn good!
