Can't say enough good things about Woodhouse! I took my 4y/o to get her nails done. She's had a terrible experience with another nail salon before. Her nail tech Mackenzie was so nice and gentle with her! She took the time to explain what she was doing so my daughter felt more at ease. It was definitely a very calm and wonderful experience for the both of us

The best place in Somerset for a pedicure! You do need to schedule it ahead of time. It is well work it ! I love their massages too! Today I only had a pedicure.

NEVER AGAIN. I bought a gift certificate for my mother who resides locally in Somerset…minutes away from the location to be exact. I was told they would mail it directly to her. I entered the information online during purchase. It is 6 days after Mother’s Day and she still hasn’t received it. Needless to say, the worst Mother’s Day to date as a result. I’ve been charged, btw, she still hasn’t received the certificate. Save your money!

I had a manicure last week, paid a little extra for the longer lasting polish. I didn’t notice until I got home since it is dim lit in business but it was the worst manicure ever. I could see flecks of the old color and very streaky. It was peeling within 2 days and I just removed it all on day 3. I will never go back for manicure.
2/01/2024 update. Woodhouse Spa promptly called me and offered a do over. I had Sheralee in the past and was happy to see her for my next appt. She did a great job and explained the process. Changing my review and I appreciate the great customer service. Carla.

Their massage is top notch. Cindy and Tracy are excellent at pinpointing the trouble spots and knots and eliminating stress. Highly recommended!!

The Woodhouse is always accommodating and friendly. I have gotten everything from a 50 minute pedicure to a 2 hour massage, and each time I leave feeling refreshed. When you arrive for your appointment, you will be greeted with tranquil music, a plush robe, and a delicious beverage (my favorite is the cranberry hibiscus tea). There is nothing like the Woodhouse in Somerset!

I’m giving 3 stars because the young lady who did my facial was very sweet but for the price I was pretty disappointed. I’ve been to the Woodhouse in other areas and loved it. Not the case in Summerset. Basically I was escorted upstairs to the waiting room where I was not offered anything to drink. I wasn’t even offered anything after the service. Lastly I had to escort myself to check out but there was no one at the reception so I had to stand there and wait. I felt as if I was interrupting their day! I will not be returning. Next time I will go to Lexington.
