I was really not too excited to go to the dentist, then when I walked in everyone was so so friendly , they understood my situation and did not judge I would advise anyone to go to Somerset smiles!

I came in for an emergency appointment with a broken tooth, the girls were very thorough when it came to my exam... i was treated with great respect and didnt shame me for my less then good teeth. Doc got in there and also made the experience good! I will be keeping my next appointments and they have earned a customer for good now!

My care is always excellent, but I recently had an accident causing some pretty extensive damage. I was heartsick and terrified. I got restorative and cosmetic work. The staff was beyond great from working with me on insurance and payment through the final stages of the work. I especially liked the level of communication explaining my options and the procedures and patiently answering dozens of questions. Without hesitation, I recommend Dr. Nissen and every member of his staff.
