I just had a custom arrangement made for a headstone for memorial Day, and I am so happy with how they turned out! Well worth the money I paid for them. The flowers are excellent quality and the colors are perfect! It's above and beyond what i expected. I'll be using them again in the future!
I called Somerset Florist last week to order a memorial bouquet to be placed on our uncle's grave at Mill Springs National Cemetery for Memorial Day. It was a very routine request, handled efficiently. Yesterday I was surprised and delighted to receive a photo of the arrangement texted from the florist. The flowers were lovely, of course, but it was the unexpected extra of the photo that was so touching. Excellent, above-and-beyond customer service.
My children sent 2 flower arrangements on my birthday. Both were different and very beautiful. The florist called before they came to be sure someone was home. I would add a picture, but not able to due to my inability with electronics. They also came with a teddy bear and chocolates. The flowers lasted 2 weeks and the chocolates were eaten in 4 days. Yummy.
