Don't remember her name but she was the best young lady she was sweet and kind.you couldn't ask for a better person. She works at the front desk she explained everything to us. She deserves a 5 star plus 5 more.
Great experience from beginning to end. Shelby took extra time over a couple of days to find the perfect solution based on my circumstances. Each time I called, the person answering the phone was always pleasant and kind regardless of who answered.
When visiting the location in person, Shelby was professional, friendly and personable. Because I was arriving close to closing time, she assured me that it would be fine and she went above and beyond by staying a little after hours to make sure everything was complete to my satisfaction. I have nothing but great things to say about my experience.
