The customer care at Lake Pointe is outstanding, I have never had such a great experience at the dentist. It was easy to make an appointment, the check in process is a breeze and the staff are all very welcoming. Bridgette went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable; she was very professional and friendly. Bridgette also went as far as to follow up with a phone call to see how I was doing, later in the day after my appointment. As someone who has always struggled with their dental appointment anxiety, I feel like I have finally found somewhere that I can be at ease, which is huge for me. I would 100% recommend Lake Pointe to anyone.
I have been going to Lake Pointe Dental for several years now and they keep getting better and better. The entire staff is the Cream of the Crop. Every one you meet during a visit goes out of their way to see that you get a dental visit that is above and beyond what any other office has ever given you. They have the latest equipment available to make sure all of your needs are met to complete satisfaction. His expertise, combined with state-of-the-art technology, makes every visit a breeze! He somehow makes even the most complex procedures seem easy. And let’s talk about his singing!
