Update: Matt Gross the general manager called and apologized and explained it was their fault and mistake. So I am changing my rating to five stars. When a company owns there mistake and strives to make it right I support. The technician was awesome and did a great job.
Apparently appointment times are a suggestion!! I had a new HVAC unit installed, at that time I also had the maintenance service scheduled. Well they tried to reschedule Monday I said no I’ll keep my original scheduled appointment. She called and confirmed yesterday for 8:30am today. That was the third time I had confirmed! Chuck came to change out the control board on our sunroom heat/ac unit. He let us know he was on the way, arrived soon after, and got right to work. He made the change, tested operation, went over result with us, and departed. He is personable and worked efficiently. Part for the 7 year old unit was over half of the cost.
