First time going to ACW. I took in a new build computer, which Michael had up and running within an hour. I was expecting to leave it with him, but got to take back home with me instead. It is running perfect without any issues. He is a very nice young man, personable and enjoyed talking with him. He knows his/this business well and has been at 30+ yrs. Very knowledgeable and will explain to you. Michael will be my family's go-to computer specialist from now on. If I could give him 10 stars, I most definitely would.

I have used American Computer Works three times the last five years with work completed on two separate computers. I found the repairs to be complete and thorough, with timely, and friendly customer service. I can't say enough about the assistance I received from this business.
