David was quick to respond to my call explaining that my boyfriend was stranded on the side of the road in Kentucky 65 miles from home and we were looking for a tow. I passed along David’s info and he was there within minutes! If you ever need a tow and are able to use On Duty Wrecker Service I HIGHLY recommend! Safe, efficient, professional, and reasonably priced.
Great experience with On Duty Wrecker Service, LLC. Needed a car towed from Warren county to Glasgow, so I knew it would be high, but it was a totally reasonable price!!! Called these guys off a simple Google search and WOW! David & Diane were SO polite, quick to respond, and payment was super easy. Even the next day when I requested a copy of the invoice to turn in to my insurance company, Diane was so nice and sent the invoice to me very quickly. If I'm ever in that area and need a tow, that's who I'm calling!!! Great job guys!!!!!
We highly recommend David and On-Duty Wrecker Service. David is a professional at his job and friendly and thoughtful. He responded quickly in the pouring rain and made sure we were safe and dry. He helped us get to a hotel and gave us good information about the area and delivered our car to the mechanic. What could have been a bad experience turned into an opportunity to meet a dedicated and really nice man.Thank you, David!
