“Book with Brandy, you WON'T regret it! Kind soul, fantastic soft tissue manipulation. Great care from therapists, wildy booked out schedule though. Would be five stars if this location (and the other locations) didn't take almost three months to get in for an evaluation after surgery. I had to begin at this location, thirty-five minutes from my home, in order to get transferred to another location five minutes away. The soft tissue manipulation is what those of us need after surgery (and even without). I'm grateful when rehab doesn't consist of modalities (tens unit, etc) and instead spends time working the muscular system and strength building. Once you get in months after scheduling an evaluation, be persistent with calling so you can get in for appointments. I received severe surgery and needed to learn how to walk again, and going weeks without rehab when needed caused me to not walk as soon as I should have. The issue is across all Frazier Rehab locations, though. While they do put surgery patients in top priority, that's how long it took for top priority, eek. I was only able to get in once a week (when needing twice) for over a month. However, by being persistent, I've been able to get in twice a week by calling and getting into canceled slots. Top notch care, and the only place I will visit for rehab.“
