Amazing massage by Kristen Douglas. Dug into my muscles and knew exactly what trigger points to hold. I was so relieved afterwards. I bought a gift certificate for my husband because it was so amazing. After going to her, I can't help feeling dissapointed by everyone else's massages ?

I've had massages from 4 star Mexican resorts to the fanciest of hotels in Nashville but none came close to the massages I receive from Casey at Personalized Harmony. When I first started treating with her I had headaches almost daily and my body was always in pain. Now I have maybe one or two headaches a month!!! I feel so so so much better and it's all thanks to her magic touch. Now I do what I call my monthly maintenance massage to keep me feeling great. Massage day is my most favorite day of the month. I highly recommend you take the short drive out to Crestwood and pamper yourself with the most relaxing massage you will ever receive.
