Kentuckiana Pediatric Dentistry is highly recommended for its exceptional care and friendly atmosphere. The dentist is praised for being gentle, patient, and good with children, explaining procedures to ease any worries. The office staff and hygienists are also known for their kindness and welcoming nature, making kids feel comfortable. The ladies in that office make it a great environment with a clean, open atmosphere. They are always accommodating and great with kids, making everything very comfortable for the experience. Patients appreciate the efficiency of the office, with appointments always quick and simple. They also have a therapy dog, Peanut. All paperwork is done online, which is very convenient.
My daughter had her first visit today at the Shepherdsville location and everyone was super friendly and patient with her. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a dentist office for your kiddo.
My son had to have four permanent teeth extracted to get ready for braces. Dr. Mitchell and his staff were very caring and did all they could to make his experience as painless as possible. They were great with my nervous son, letting him pick a movie to watch and were very reassuring the whole time. Even told us we could stay as long as we needed after the procedure, so we didn’t feel rushed at all.
Everyone was excellent with my son. He has some behavioral issues and gets very nervous with any medical office, but everyone was so amazing with him and helped him understand every step of the process to put him at ease.
