“Recommend highly for computer repair needs. Took my laptop to another store 3 times without success. Then I was referred to Ferguson. Barrett made an assessment of what was needed in the shop and advised coming to my home, which he did in that moment. He made a fix at my home and we thought we were done. However, the fix did not hold. Barrett had said my problem was quite unique; one he hadn’t seen before. I brought the device back to the shop for Barrett to work further. He did this at no extra charge b/c they have a 30 day guarantee! Two days later he called indicating with confidence that my computer was fix and it was!
If I could give Ferguson 6 stars, I would!”
