The only question before they started was which side of the driveway, we wanted the dumpster on. That level of preparation made everything feel calm and seamless.

Even when Jay later sat down with my husband and me together, nothing changed. He spoke to both of us, explained everything clearly, and treated us with the same level of professionalism and respect. That meant a great deal to me.

Jay and his team were also incredibly respectful of my family, my property, and my space. They took extra care to cover areas all around the house to ensure as much debris as possible stayed out of my flower beds, yard, and plants, and they cleaned up any messes as they went. There were no surprises—just clear communication, professionalism, and care from start to finish.
