They are great I've had my fur babies there for years when I leave them there to be groomed I'm not nervous about it at all I know they are in good hands. The only thing that is frustrating is they are always so busy you can't get your fur baby in when you want it you have to call in a month to two months advance.

I brought by 60 lb lab in on Saturday and was so pleased with the service. It took about 2 and a half hours to get him bathed, nails cut, and de-shedded. He looks amazing!!! The desheddung was amazing, he has longer very thick hair and we are now able to pet him without getting hair on our hands!!! This is amazing!!! So pleased with the service!

I moved from Louisville a little over 2 years ago and I had used the same groomer for years, I was super nervous about trying a new groomer in the area , the first one I tried was awful and that made me even more hesitant about trying this groomer, but I didn’t want to have to drive into Louisville because my health isn’t the best so I decided that I would give them a try and I am so Happy I did ! The staff is super friendly and because I’m disabled I know my dogs and they were happy ? plus the fact I have 3 dogs and they don’t keep them more than about 3 hours, I hear of horror stories about other groomers but this group of people truly care about animals!
