A&I replaced our heating and air about 3 years ago? When the furnace was being installed (in a closet where it was placed when the house was built), I noticed immediately that there was no way the door would cover it as the new furnace stuck out further than the opening. The installers phoned the office and every manufacturer was called to see if they had a furnace that would fit the dimensions. Unbelievably, there was not. I have to give these guys credit as they tried tirelessly to come up with a plan that would allow us to close up the opening with a door. I came up with the idea to put a sliding barn door over the opening and it was perfect. It allowed enough air gap for safety. We have been pleased with both units (Goodman), especially with efficiency. We've had to have two service runs and they have showed up promptly same day. I can't say enough about this company. When called they get right out to me to see what the issue is. They are the ones who installed my new furnace and air conditioner. They are very reasonable on their pricing and don't try to upsale you on things. Plus they will work with you on payments. They know what their doing and have always been so polite and professional. We were very pleased with the quality of the work done by A&I's installers and the price we paid for new heating and air. They were very polite and conscientious. Even when we had an issue with the dimensions of new furnace, they made a number of possible suggestions to correct the problem. Would use again without hesitation.
