this company is everything one could ask for in a locally owned service provider. Owner is easy to stay in touch with, operator (ours was Brenner, the owners' son) was exceptionally friendly, price was very reasonable ($209 for carpet cleaning, scotch guard and tax, for the first floor of our condo). Over all, one of the best home service experiences in our long and happy lives. Keep up the good work guys!
