I visited for a UTI. I got in and out quick. The woman at the front desk was very kind and allowed me to do my urine sample immediately since I needed to go really bad. Pam was also very kind. I kind of felt as though I was bothering the NP, like she was annoyed with me. Everyone has bad days though, and it probably wasn't about me. I just didn't feel listened to.
I had to go on the weekend & it was my first time there. I made an appointment online & it was easy to do. Everyone was extremely nice from the time I walked in to check out. The nurse was right on top of everything. Highly recommend!
The entire staff here has been kind and helpful. I love Norton. I felt heard and cared for entirely after being sick for over 11 days. Would definitely recommend this immediate care center.
