I own a pet grooming salon that was getting pretty toasty during the hottest part of the day, so based on recommendations from clients I called Aces of Air. A real live human answered right away (no robots!) and said he’d be out the next day, which was impressive. He showed up right on time, super friendly guy, even talked to some of the dogs in the shop. He took a look at our unit, the duct work and all that business while I kept grooming the dog on my table. Then he came over to tell me my unit was fine. There was some dog hair in the coils that had gotten past the filter so he cleaned it out for me. We are extremely pleased with our new system, they came out and gave us a great estimate so we jumped on it.
I want to give a lot of respect to Seth Maupin and Thomas Belcher,both young men were prompt and very professional, I'd highly recommend Aces of Air.
We have used this business couple times now and he has always been professional. We will use this service again for any repairs or replacement we have. Would recommend this business to anyone looking for heating or air repairs
Once again we called on Ace of Air. Called on Friday morning about AC and they were here by 1pm to fix it.
Thomas was very polite, friendly and helpful. I would and will recommend them to anyone looking for help with heat or air conditioning problems.
