The staff was kind, swift, and accurate. I was tired, so I was a bit slow with instructions, but the staff was patient with me while still making sure things moved along at a good pace. I felt heard, seen, and comforted during the more vulnerable examinations. Overall the best experience I've had in healthcare as a whole, would recommend to anyone in need of an urgent care.

Never been to a fastpace that tells a patient their pulse was high but never did any blood work or check their urine to see why,,and they send them for a X-ray and call them back 10 minutes later and say their X-ray was ok and I'm still sick after going in and letting them know a family member was sick,,,I guess I gotta go somewhere else dats really going to find out what wrong and be honest bc God sees everything,,,

Everyone was very helpful when I was sick. I ended up getting sick during my appointment and everyone was so kind and patient! Every experience I have at the Russellville, KY Fast Pace is always awesome and everyone is always on their game ready to help me! 10/10 would recommend!

Was only there 30/40 minutes, got a shot and 2 meds. Fast and efficient, my kind of place. Will definitely recommend to my family and friends. 💜

Had sinus issues with low grade fever and cough… issue had been on going for about 8 days…was told couldn’t give antibiotics until 10 days of symptoms. So I have to come back in 2 days… really…

Nothing negative to say about this facility. From checking in, through the process I was there for. GREAT EXPERIENCE! Marty is an awesome guy and the front desk young lady is so sweet!!

The absolute worst experience I have ever had at a medical clinic. The nurse practitioner was so rude I left before the exam started. Would never recommend this place for medical care.
