Staff very nice polite etc .... Had a couple teeth infected assistant that took me back was literally done clocked out from the job. Kinda rushed through things got told this is a emergency dental cleaning facility. Doctor took one look at my teeth was like referral and walked out assistant was like done with this one. Got called in antibiotics and was ushered out! Good Luck

Rescheduled appointment within an hour of the appointment costing us money for a sitter for our children then on the follow-up appointment arrived 5 minutes after appointment canceled our appointment, seems to be more one-sided would not recommend this particular clinic

I have went to this doctors office for years. This past time I had to see a doctor I don’t typically use due to mine being on maternity leave. Dr. Taryn something is who I seen. I came in experiencing a migraine with vision loss, stabbing abdominal pain, nausea, and right shoulder pain that started with the abdominal pain. When I started explaining these symptoms she said, “okay let’s keep it to the top three” and cut me off being very passive aggressive. Not to mention the CMA could not get my vitals and said it’s fine if I wasn’t short of breath. They did not to a urine test, ask for last period, or any of the above you would for abdominal pain. After all she said “well come back in two weeks if it’s still happening” then sent me a medication which is most commonly used for heartburn. She did send a migraine medicine which was helpful. Honestly I’m just so upset that I left work as fast as possible I pain to be given heartburn medication and basically be told my symptoms were to much for the time slot. I understand having a schedule I work in medical. But it say basically that I need to pick my top three is insane. Oh they also didn’t ask anything about labs as well. Safe to say all together I’ll be moving to a new pcp. I’m so utterly disappointed that I was not listen to. Thankfully I did get an ultrasound myself directly after that appointment and it was a ruptured ovarian cyst. Needless to say I could’ve and should’ve went to the ER instead!

Needed to establish care with a doctor. Explained my situation over the phone but when I arrived for my appointment, they were unable to do what they said they could and it was a total waste of time. Staff and Nurse Practioner (never saw a doctor) were rude and unhelpful. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Fortunately for me, I was able to find another doctor's office nearby that wasn't completely incompetent. Try a little harder and skip Whitehouse clinic.
