Our unit had technical issues. I called a few places this place is honestly the most reliable. Service tech was out in 30 minutes. They were very professional and clean from talking to Dispatch to coming to your house. I would definitely sign up for the yearly service.

It’s never a good time for the AC to go out but Watson Heating & Air was able to come out quickly on the weekend and get us back up and running so we didn’t have to close the business. Thank you so much!

Emerson, John, and Eric, I can't thank them enough. Through no fault of their own, we had been without AC through mid June to mid July. It was miserable and we were basically living in one room of the house with a portable AC. When they came to install our new unit, they worked tirelessly and quickly. What should have taken two days, they completed in record time of only one day. They were worried about how long we had been without air and that our grandson was with us they worked through the heat and brought us quick relief. Andy and Chris were helpful in making sure we got the best unit and then sent us an amazing crew to get the job completed in record time.... read full review
