I am in love with the whole experience, I went in with an idea and a bit clueless as how to take care of my hair issue but Christina listened and killed it! I can’t say enough about her she is simply amazing, and worked her magic on my hair and confidence. ??

Cassie is a friendly, talented individual. She showed extra care while assisting in the hair donation process. She is very down to earth and made for a great conversationalist. My hair looks and feels great after the cut!
As a side note, I had vehicle troubles when trying to leave, and Emily came out to see if there was anything she could assist with like calling for help. There are “above and beyond” type people at Urban Hair Co.

Cassie did amazingly. The listing says appointments normally take about an hour and she was very quick around 40-ish instead. I asked for a more natural look and even unstyled it feels and looks great! Overall I'll definitely come back in the future, 10/10 :)
