I am in love with the whole experience, I went in with an idea and a bit clueless as how to take care of my hair issue but Christina listened and killed it! I can’t say enough about her she is simply amazing, and worked her magic on my hair and confidence. 🫶🏼

I was seen for one visit, I had asked for a specific haircut, and the cut I was given was completely different. I assumed it was just a communication issue, but then my stylist was very adamant about coming back in to fix the style a week later when I also had a color appointment. I didn't understand why I had to wait a week with a cut I didn't like. I had tried calling multiple times upset with my haircut and to cancel the appointment, and nobody ever answered the phone or called me back. I didn't go to the second appointment. Then I was charged for $240 for what was called a color correction? I have completely virgin hair. I called once again after I was charged, and asked for a refund for the service I didn't get. The stylist on the phone told me the no show policy was clearly stated in the email and the forms I signed. I was never given any forms to sign, in my email for otherwise. I was told to speak with Chandra the owner, and can't find any way to get in touch with her anywhere. Overall they seemed very unhelpful. Ultimately I felt like I was not listened to and taken advantage of in this situation.

First time customer and will be returning! Emily is absolutely amazing and took the time to help find the best treatments for my hair. Thank you again!

Cassie is a friendly, talented individual. She showed extra care while assisting in the hair donation process. She is very down to earth and made for a great conversationalist. My hair looks and feels great after the cut!

As a side note, I had vehicle troubles when trying to leave, and Emily came out to see if there was anything she could assist with like calling for help.
There are “above and beyond” type people at Urban Hair Co.

Cassie did amazingly. The listing says appointments normally take about an hour and she was very quick around 40-ish instead. I asked for a more natural look and even unstyled it feels and looks great! Overall I'll definitely come back in the future, 10/10 :)

Such a wonderful experience with Morgan. Best cut I’ve had in years. She was friendly, professional and the salon was beautiful.
