Jamie did a terrific job by finding out quickly a solution to our upstairs air, dual zoned system. While waiting for the part, he regularly came to the house to provide Freon to our system so there would be some relief during the hot summer temperatures. Communicated well and gave a timeline in which to expect the A-coil. Overall, very responsive, and explained all that was needed to be done, plus, went above and beyond to insure we were comfortable!

Called 6 HVAC companies 5 of them just tried to push and sell me a new unit. This one is different, this is the 1 that was actually willing to work with the unit and me to fix it. This company in my experience customer first. I will use them for all my heating and cooling needs.
Update: 3 years later needed there help. Got the same guy. Chad Downs. He's awesome, he's willing to walk you though everything if you have concerns. He's 10/10 for AC guys. I will always use this company in the future.

He takes the time to explain everything to you, and doesn’t make you feel like an idiot. He even goes above and beyond any technician I have ever dealt with. Recommend 100%.
