I'm buying a house built in 1960, so the inspection needed to be thorough. Steve scheduled the inspection quickly, and spent hours crawling over every inch of the house. I especially appreciated his attention to detail. The report was extensive and told me everything I needed to know. I highly recommend R2 property Inspections!

Had a wonderful time with Mr. Robert's, for the first time meeting him. Very open to questions, and had no problem with a reply. Very insightful and helpful when it came to problems that may arise in the future and very forthcoming if something needed to be addressed sooner than later and I appreciate that. When you have inspection like a home inspection done, always have someone that takes there time and does it right. There is a lot of information in the report, and it can seem overwhelming, but that's not a bad thing. In closing, had a wonderful experience and definitely would recommend Mr. Robert's. Thank you!!.

I would highly recommend R2 for your home inspection needs. Steve was very responsive when scheduling the appointment and during all follow up conversations. The report was very detailed, adding pictures, as well as industry standard background information. This was great as it gave me more clarity to some of the issues identified!
