Shawn Smith was assigned to my home today for a plumbing issue. He got there before scheduled time which was great…he got done quick and fixed the problem and updated me promptly. He was respectful to my home and was polite. All around a great guy and a wonderful experience with him and the company.

The service professional Dylan Collins was able to come the same day we called. He was very kind, and patiently walked me through the entire process. He listened intently to my concerns and gave me all my options so that I could be on track for a successful outcome to getting my plumbing issue fixed. I will definitely being using Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Richmond,KY for all my future plumbing needs.
