1000/10 would recommend. I locked myself out of my house. After calling 3 different locksmith companies and getting the workaround and outrageous prices. I finally found Jim’s Lock and Key and I was immediately relieved. I was able to laugh with the kind receptionist about my inconvenience, and very shortly after Hunter arrived and unlocked the door within seconds. Everyone was so kind and the price was VERY reasonable. Thank you for the amazing service!

Was locked out of van this afternoon and it was left running ?. They got here in less than 30 minutes and it took about 5 minutes to get in the car. Super nice guy too and it was very affordable compared to the others. Thanks so much ?

I called FOUR separate places for a simple keys-in-car situation. I was met with disrespect and pushiness until I called Jim’s. The man on the phone was quick and nice & Hunter who came out in the rain all the way from Berea was efficient and wonderful! Can’t thank them enough for making my stressful day better
